In an effort to communicate the dates of the tax season and simplicity of filing tax returns online, Outdoor Network provided SARS and their creative agency with the ideal platform. This solution was a large format billboard positioned alongside the busy Rivonia Road off-ramp on the N1 North highway.
Highlighting the creative brilliance and flexibility offered by out-of-home, the billboard was embellished with a large raised computer style pointer which draws motorists attention to the tax season dates while also providing an analogy for the ease of filing taxes online, anytime, anywhere.
The stretch of highway in a key business environment leads into the Buccleuch Interchange, one of the busiest in South Africa, with the billboard reaching over 560,000 tax paying motorists monthly. Out of Home media provided the optimal solution for SARS – the billboard targets the various consumer demographics the organisation is looking to reach.
